LCB provide leadership and guidance on all forms of contracts and offer procurement techniques to maximise your projects intended outcomes. We take projects from planning stages right through to development and completion.
LCB Project Management are a team of experienced Quantity Surveyors, Planners and Engineers. We work closely with our clients to ensure that they are properly guided from inception to completion.
Our approach is very much a practical one and we adapt to each projects specific needs. Our range of experience across all sectors in the construction industry has allowed us to use different ideas from each discipline and apply them to suit challenging projects.
Our experience comes from working both in Ireland and, internationally, where we have learned new project management skills and use them to assist our clients.

Robert has 23 years of experience in the construction industry.
Robert has a Master's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Higher Cert in Site management, Qualified Carpenter/Joiner and Registered Construction Adjudicator.
Robert has decided/determined 28 Adjudications. Robert is an RICS Registered Expert Witness. Robert has been involved in all kinds of Dispute resolution including Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation.

Edward is a Delay and Programme Expert with over 25 years’ experience having worked with large contractors in Australia, Ireland, Asia, the Middle East and the UK.
Edward has significant dispute experience including Arbitration, Mediation, Expert Determination, DAB process, Statutory Adjudication (Ireland & Australia).
Edward is a Chartered Engineer and holds a (LLM) Masters degree in Construction Law (UK), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and a Fellow of Engineers Ireland.

Marcus is a highly experienced planning engineer working primarily in the oil and gas industry with experience in the civil and building industry also.
Marcus works primarily as a planner and is highly skilled in Primavera.
Marcus is experienced in preparing programmes for tenders and in forensic delay analysis using various recognised methods.
Accounts Manager
- Donna Burke -
Donna started her career with Tipperary water and spent many years there in the accounts department.
Donna also worked in the estimating and accounts department of large civil engineering company.
Donna is responsible for all LCB’s accounts and customer relationships.
- David O’Sullivan -
BSc.
David has over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry working as a services coordinator with leading Main Contractors, recently working as a planner/QS for an E&I contractor.
David has a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering, Diploma in Production Engineering, Certificate in Mechanical Engineering and a Level 9 Cert in M&E Quantity Surveying.
- Gregg Santry -
BSc.
Gregg has 20 years of Quantity Surveying experience. As Senior QS, leading QS Departments on identification of target projects, pre-tender and tendering works, Cost Management, Cost Reporting and Client liaison as well as sub-contractor appointment and management on a variety of Commercial, Retail and Residential projects.
As Head of Construction, leading Due Diligence teams on target
acquisitions, preparation of Survey Reports, Cost Estimates on
Development and Refurbishment works, management of
construction works and sub-contractor management and Final
Accounts. Other general QS experience including Private Quantity Surveying, working knowledge and use of main and subcontracts, mediation, conciliation, and expert witness roles.
