LCB Project Management are a team of experienced Quantity Surveyors, Planners and Engineers. We work closely with our clients to ensure that they are properly guided from inception to completion.
Our approach is very much a practical one and we adapt to each projects specific needs. Our range of experience across all sectors in the construction industry has allowed us to use different ideas from each discipline and apply them to suit challenging projects.
Our experience comes from working both in Ireland and, internationally, where we have learned new project management skills and use them to assist our clients.

Robert has 23 years of experience in the construction industry.
Robert has a Master's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Higher Cert in Site management, Qualified Carpenter/Joiner and Registered Construction Adjudicator.
Robert has decided/determined 28 Adjudications. Robert is an RICS Registered Expert Witness. Robert has been involved in all kinds of Dispute resolution including Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation.

Edward is a Delay and Programme Expert with over 25 years’ experience having worked with large contractors in Australia, Ireland, Asia, the Middle East and the UK.
Edward has significant dispute experience including Arbitration, Mediation, Expert Determination, DAB process, Statutory Adjudication (Ireland & Australia).
Edward is a Chartered Engineer and holds a (LLM) Masters degree in Construction Law (UK), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and a Fellow of Engineers Ireland.

Marcus is a highly experienced planning engineer working primarily in the oil and gas industry with experience in the civil and building industry also.
Marcus works primarily as a planner and is highly skilled in Primavera.
Marcus is experienced in preparing programmes for tenders and in forensic delay analysis using various recognised methods.
Accounts Manager
- Donna Burke -
Donna started her career with Tipperary water and spent many years there in the accounts department.
Donna also worked in the estimating and accounts department of large civil engineering company.
Donna is responsible for all LCB’s accounts and customer relationships.
